| Joined UK Ministry of Aviation in 1964, moving to the UK Civil Aviation Authority on its formation in 1972. Became an independent consultant after taking early retirement from the CAA as Head of Operations in the Economic Regulation Group in 2000. Now working primarily in the field of aircraft noise and emissions he has also been active in airline licensing, airport development and humanitarian aircraft operations. | |
