Commenced initial career as an apprentice with British Airways in 1978. Moved to British Midland Airways line maintenance in 1985 and gained CAA Aircraft Maintenance Licences. During employment with Air Europe established a team dedicated to the monitoring and management of aircraft hangar inputs. Joined Air 2000 in 1991 and liaised on line, heavy maintenance and leasing/ transfer activities. Subsequently held a number of aircraft maintenance management positions with Airworld Aviation and latterly Air 2000. Responsibilities have included heavy maintenance, maintenance control and aircraft lease transfer activity.
Established as an independent consultant in 2002 providing aircraft technical and support services to operators, leasing companies and asset management organisations. |
