Background
Twenty years ATC service followed by fifteen years experience as an operations analyst, airport planner and aviation consultant, undertaking airport, airspace and ATC systems consultancy, in Canada and the USA, in the Far East and for governments and aviation agencies in eight European countries. Five years with Systems companies developing ATC information systems. Five years as representative of International Airlines operating in Europe, with ICAO and ECAC/APATSI, concerned with both strategic planning and shorter term developments of operations and technology to enhance capacity at European airports.
